Adult life.

Last Friday, we celebrated KC's 19th birthday. It was a surprise! The plan was I was throwing a sleepover and we were inviting her over to cook dinner. There were more elaborate lies in between but anyhow, we ended up (attempting to) surprise her at my lobby. Impromptu, and the candles wouldn't light up which turned out to look like a make-out session (LOL).

I spent the rest of the night sitting on a chair feeling sleepy and tired as hell. Dozed off while drying my hair when I got home and totally crashed. I AM EXTREMELY TIRED FROM WORK. I can't believe this, but school life might actually be better than work life. Shit them adults were right.

And a high bun to pull my hair from its roots to keep myself awake (also an A Level studying method). I know it's damn sick to force yourself to stay awake using pain but this is what I do.

So I've stepped into the adult world last week. It's unbelievable.

I've never imagined myself taking the train as an adult. Besides the bloody expensive adult fare each morning, it's just different not wearing school uniform, not leaving the house for school, not going out for fun, but to work. I used to be that student I am now watching on the train everyday. I know I'm not officially an adult, but just mingling with the working crowd, the lunch time office people makes me feel like, wow... "I'm not ready for this, yet I'm already in it."

It's so surreal because the route to school still feels like a normal thing to do everyday - we have barely made it out of school life and now this whole new chapter has started.

And that explains my lack of updates... Because I simply have no time! Everyday when I get home I either crash or watch Pretty Little Liars (before I crash) or Prison Break. Kk I know I'm a bit late for Prison Break... Initially I was so hooked onto Pretty Little Liars but ever since I stopped at the latest episode and started Prison Break, I became... CRAZY over Prison Break! It is extremely thrilling and I always almost die of heart attack!!

Even though I already know the ending because I watched the last season few years ago already, I am still damn nervous throughout the whole episode! Every single episode. It's such a good show. BEST AMERICAN SERIES EVER. Everyone should watch it! Sigh my progress is pathetic though, only watching one episode a day to prevent myself from cardiac arrests.
